Shipping Policy
Where we ship. Heather Rae Atelier ships from Orlando, Florida to to the United States and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country.
Processing times. In-stock and one-of-one pieces ship within 5 business days of your order. Because many of our pieces exist in editions of exactly one, each is inspected and packed by hand.
Preorder items. Preorder pieces, including our Wearable WIP handbags, are made in limited production runs. The estimated shipping window is listed on the product page and in your order confirmation, and we’ll email you the moment your order is on its way. If a delay pushes shipping significantly beyond the stated window, we’ll notify you and offer the option of a full refund.
Digital products. Digital tools and patterns are delivered by email immediately after purchase — nothing ships. If your access email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then contact us and we’ll make it right.
Tracking. Every physical order includes tracking, sent to your email when the order ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. If your tracking stalls or your order arrives damaged, contact us within [7] days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it — repair, replacement where possible, or refund. For one-of-one pieces, where replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund in full.
Address changes. If your shipping address changes after ordering — especially on a preorder — reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
