Preorder & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items at Heather Rae Atelier — including our Wearable WIP handbags — are sold by preorder. Preorder items are charged in full at checkout, and the estimated shipping window is listed on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Canceling a preorder. You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through the shop, and include your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Once your order ships, it can no longer be canceled, but it becomes eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Changes to your order. Need to update your shipping address or switch styles before your order ships? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate — style changes are subject to availability, as our production runs are limited.

If we can't fulfill your preorder for any reason, or if shipping is delayed significantly beyond the stated window, we'll notify you promptly, and you'll always have the option of a full refund.
